Honestly curious as to the hextech crafting skins...

This isn't meant to sound like I'm bitching about something.. but im not sure how else to word it.

The 10 gem skins cost a lot of actual real life currency. But the quality of the skins aren't even comparable to the 30$ skins for Lux Udyr and Ezreal.

I'm HONESTLY asking why this is, shouldnt the 10 gem skins be the absolute best quality (even higher than elementalist lux?) or am I missing something?
