Syndra has so much potential but what we got is a 750 tier skin with no effects.

Because her other skins are great in quality. It wouldn't really be fair if every single one of her skins had recalls, new sfx and particle effects, now would it?

Meanwhile Ezreal just got another 750 skin when Pulsefire is the only one that changes particles.

Oh look, that one person killed someone, we should all kill people now. Just because one thing is like that, doesn't mean everything else should be like that as well. While I want this skin, it was only fair to give her a 750 first.

Yeah the card skin is kinda dissapointing

You are right, but it wouldnt be hard to remove all the skeletal aspects and still have it be an awesome skin.

Absolutely, you can replace skulls with anything.

I think it would be really cool when ult had a banshee scream during cast. Q can sound like a victim scream when it hit an enemy champion. Syndra has sooooooo much potential, probably the easiest champion to think about a skin concept.
