Esuriox, the Darkin Wheel
LORE An ancient entity known as Darkin, wielding a giant wheel of scales, she balances the fate of those around him. Revered or dreaded by merchants and traders for those who place their faith to her. Some called her lady luck by gamblers and thieves, wishing to tip the scales to their favor. Yet none has seen her in the flesh, those who are dead cannot tell their tale as those who could catch a glimpse soon befall to their enemy.
Scouts, witnesses and war veterans mentioned that in times of great conflict, a being who held a giant wheel of scales would appear. One or two suddenly feel heavy as the wheel is tipped from its revolution, signifying the victory of one party. Not limited by wars and political meetings, Esuriox would appear when great changes are about to happen and she would foretell or change the course of history by tipping her scales, especially at times of Harrowing.
While those who have won their side would sing praise to the entity known as Esuriox, those that have lost would eventually fall to a much dangerous fate. Uttering their final words as they curse her in their deathbed.

Abilities
Hungering Circle - Passive Esuriox converts the misfortune of her foes around her to her advantage, granting her a stack for every Enemy Champion affected by a Crowd Control for up to 25 stacks. For each stack of Hungering Circle, Esuriox gains +1.20% Tenacity.
Upon being reduced to 10% or less Health, Esuriox covers herself with her wheel, dealing 9 + (12 x Champion Level) magic damage each second and consumes her stack of Hungering Circle recovering 2% of her maximum Health per stack as it spins for 3 seconds. > • Range: 700 / Wheel Range: 225 > • Cooldown: 220 / 200 / 180 / 160 / 140 / 120 seconds
Judgement Wheel Esuriox launches her Wheel in a target location, spinning in place for 3 seconds and dealing 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 + (20% of Ability Power) magic damage per second. At the end of the duration, the wheel releases a wave of energy around it, dealing additional 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 + (40% Ability Power) magic damage to nearby enemy units.
Esuriox may attack her own Wheel with Favored Strike, imbuing the effects to the wave released at the end of the duration. > • Cast Range: 600 / Wheel Range: 225 / Wave Range 300 > • Cooldown: 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 seconds
Ferris Spin Esuriox spins her wheel vertically before throwing it at a target direction and dealing 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 / 190 + (50% of Ability Power) magic damage, casting it in either in front or behind her will cause the wheel to either:
Front: Causes all enemy units to be stunned for 1 second. Wheel's projectile speed is drastically reduced.
Back: Causes all enemy units to be knocked up in the air for 1 second. Wheel's projectile speed is slightly increased. > • Range: 800 > • Cooldown: 22 / 21 / 20 / 19 / 18 seconds
Favored Strike Esuriox imbues her next basic attack with either reduce their vision, Slow or Silence depending on her current health. If her health is below 20%, it will blind the target. If her health is between 21% and 50%, it will slow the target and if her health is above 50%, it will silence the target instead. > • Cooldown: 8 seconds in all levels. > • Reduced Vision Duration: 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 / 2.25 / 2.5 seconds / Reduced Vision Range: 300 > • Slow Duration: 2 / 2.25 / 2.5 / 2.75 / 3 seconds > • Silence Duration: 1.2 / 1.4 / 1.6 / 1.8 / 2 seconds
Scales of Greed - Ultimate Esuriox balances herself and a targeted enemy champion for 6 seconds, marking both of them for scale. For the duration, whoever has the lost the most percentage of health is inflicted with Greed for 4 seconds
If Enemy lost: Deals 100 / 125 / 150 True Damage and causes Esuriox and her allies to heal 60 / 70 / 80 + (40% Ability Power) health around the target enemy for the duration. If the target Enemy Champion dies while under Greed, it will heal the remaining amount to Esuriox.
If Esuriox lost: Deals 10% of Esuriox's current health to herself. While under the effects of Greed, Esuriox gains +20% / +30% / +40% Spellvamp and Lifesteal for the duration. > • Greed Range for Enemy: 600
