Harold: Scuttler Champion

Is as it says. Make a champion who is a large Rift Scuttler. (or a humanoid version of one)

#Passive: Glimpse (As implied, he'll simply have the Glimpse of the Void buff as his passive and be able to stack it with the actual buff from his slain friend)

#Q: Scuttle This will be a near-copy of the Scuttler's dash that they do when they turn around. Same speed, same distance. Slightly damages all enemies he passes through.

#W: Void Attraction Harold creates a ring of void magic around himself (around the radius of Blitz' ultimate). The ring expands inward, displacing enemies for a longer duration the closer they are to his body, .75 to 1.5 seconds. Enemies are pushed a short distance towards him if they are on the outermost edge, knocked up if they are near him.

#E: HIT ME Passive: Killing Harold grants his allies sight of the area around his body until his revival. Active: Grants a shield that scales with Harold's max health. Enemies who attack him at any point including damaging him with AoE abilities or non-damaging CC during its 5 second duration are taunted for the remaining duration.

#R: Herald Harold Harold evolves into a Rift Herald for 15 seconds, changing his dance, changing in shape, increasing in size, and gaining 50% of his bonus defensive stats 20% of his defensive stats (HP--as a shield, Armor, MR) against attacks from the front.

Enemies who attack Herald Harold from behind gain the debuff Glimpsed by the Void-- causing them to take 5% increased damage from all sources for the duration of his transformation.

He'd be a tank who scuttles into the fray and causes enemies to fight him, with the option to build juggernaut items due to his ultimate's defensive boost, but no AD scaling or healing.

Jesus, he would be the best tank ever, against an all AA team. but damn that passive is strong af 5% dmg reduction and magic damage on hit for free, and he gets double the rift buff. kinda cheese considering only one rift per game.

and the Q dont really like just a small dash, maybe have him have less damage but more CC, because he cant disrupt a team unless they ALLOW him to by hitting him with a shield (which tbh they wont). this is his main flaw. yes the taunt is long af 5 seconds but if they dont hit ppl to deal damage he is out of the window.

Sion is a good idea of what you are trying to achieve a tank who is only a tank but has CC. maybe if he W whilst mid Q they get knocked up if hit. and the ult is pretty amazing tbh.
