Wukong, The Monkey King (RIOT)
Born from Stone (Passive) 210 second cool down When health reduced to 0, Wukong becomes stone for 2 seconds. All abilities (except ultimate) have their cool down timers reset. Wukong violently erupts from stone with 20% maximum health, dealing 1.0 total AD in AoE within 325 units of himself.
Monkey King (Passive) Wukong's clone/decoy share identical stats to Wukong upon being summoned including buffs (shields/healing/attack speed/movement speed) and debuffs (reduced resistances/DoT effects/attack speed/movement speed). They also receive passive benefits such as life steal, Sterak's fury, immolate, last whisper, thorns, spectral waltz, rage, etc
Clone (Q) 18/17/16/15/14 second cool down Wukong's next attack gains 125 range and summons a clone for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds directly in front of him that attacks the enemy hit by ability. Clone is uncontrollable and only auto attacks the original target. Clone disperses in cloud of smoke after duration, if killed, or if target dies.
Decoy (W) 18/16/14/12/10 second cool down Wukong summons a decoy for 2 seconds in his place, becoming invisible during it's lifespan. Decoy disperses after duration or if killed. Wukong gets 7/10.5/14/17.5/21% bonus movement speed while invisible.
Nimbus Strike (E) 8 second cool down Wukong dashes to target enemy and sends out images to attack up to 2 additional enemies nearby. Each enemy struck takes 40/80/120/160/200 (+1.0 AD) physical damage. Wukong then gains 30/35/40/45/50% attack speed for 5 seconds.
Cyclone (R) 120/105/90 second cool down Wukong's staff grows outward and he spins it around for 3 seconds, dealing 25/140/255 (+1.0 AD) physical damage per second to nearby enemies, knocking them up for 1 second the first time they are hit. Wukong gains 20/25/30% movement speed for the duration.
