Can some older skins get some fine-tuning?

I mean, really. Kitty Kat Katarina looks like two spaghetti noodles with knives. Classic Lee Sin looks like paper mache!

I feel like this is done on purpose to make people buy different, more expensive, more aesthetically pleasing skins. The same way you overhauled Lux's dialogue to make her so gut-wrenching and annoying, people would be forced to buy her ultimate skin to avoid going clinically insane.
