with all these AD mids, need some more AP top/junglers so...here's my mongoloid concept. for range/radius i used the standard unit of messurement off legends wiki, for examble the passive has a range of 325 which is what sunfire cape range is. and givin that Riot is clearly done making simple champions i'm....needlessly complicating this concept of a bugman.

Passive- Locust Hive RANGE: 325 , Grulgor has a constant swarm of insects that hover about him dealing damage to nearby large monsters and champions. 6/12/24(+3% AP) healing him for that amount, Grulgor does not regenerate health naturally but can still be healed by effects like potions and champion abilities. effects that would normally increase his Health Regeneration will instead increase his Locust Hive damage by 5% of the HP regen effect

Q Ability: rot:(skillshot/Area)

RANGE: 700 COOLDOWN: 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 COST: 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 MANA

  • Grulgor launches a glob of decayed material at the target. if it strikes an enemy champion or large monster it deals 10% of the targets current HP over 3 sec, minimum 70 / 105 / 140 / 175 / 210 (+ 50% AP). if the Rot Misses, it spreads a slow field upon the ground(175 radius) for 40% and grounding enemies for 3 seconds, and for 0.25 seconds after exiting the field.

    W Ability: Swarm Surge:(Targeted) RANGE- 550 COOLDOWN- 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 COST -60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 MANA

    • Grulgor disolves into a swarm of insects, surging forwards damaging all enemies in his wake. deals 35 / 60 / 85 / 110 / 135 (+ 40% AP) while in his swarm form, Grulgor takes 50% damage. if Grulgor hits a Grounded target, half the cooldown of Swarm Surge is refunded, and he heals for 10/15/20/25% of his missing HP.

    E Ability: Soul Tether:(skillshot/target) RANGE- 800 COOLDOWN- 8 COST- 20 / 26 / 32 / 38 / 44 MANA on cast, and 30 / 42 / 54 / 66 / 78 MANA PER SECOND Grulgor's infested spirit lurches outwards, attempting to tether itself to another victim. if the ability lands Grulgor will gain 10/15/20/25% movement speed towards his target, while dealing 80 / 105 / 130 / 155 / 180 (+ 45% AP) per second damage to the target, healing for 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80% of the damage delt. the effect lasts so long as Grulgor remains within 650 units of the victim.

R Ability: Life Eater Host: (area of effect) RADIUS- 600 COOLDOWN- 140 / 110 / 80 COST- 100 MANA After a 1 second Delay, Grulgor unleashes a host of soul devoering insects from within his body.for 5 seconds this expands the effect of his passive to 600, and increases the damage from 5% to 6/12/24(+10% AP)+ 25/50/75% of HP regen per second to all enemies in range, healing for the same amount. if Grulgor is below half HP, the healing is doubled.

(REMOVED) R Ability: Life Eater Host: (area of effect)(old ultimate only here for comparison) RADIUS- 600 COOLDOWN- 140 / 110 / 80 COST- 100 MANA after a 1 second delay, Grulgor unleashes the Host of soul devouring insects held within himself, dealing 125 / 225 / 325 (+ 45% AP) per second for 5 seconds. while the Life Eater Host is unleashed, Grulgor is slowed by 50/35/25% but cannot be Crowed Controlled, and he is considered Grounded.

i'm trying real hard to do some cost to value type stuff here, and as you can clearly see I NEED ME SOME HELP LADS. hit me with those downvotes.

Well, I think for the passive you meant +3% AP, not 0.3%, as 3% = 30 Damage at 1,000 AP and 0.3% = 3 damage at 1,000 AP. 3 Damage is non-existent come end-game, but 30 can be useful as a passive means of damage, especially if you have item 3068 item 3116 item 3151.

Kind of confused about E, does it damage once but heal for 80% of all damage dealt until he leaves the area? Doesn't exactly state what "effect" lasts until he leaves, so I'm just assuming it is the heal. Adding in Visage, E, Passive, and Sunfire you can get quite a nice "passive" heal going on. Like, 150-ish per second? Not sure how the regen ratio transfers over though, 100% regen = 100% increased damage on passive?

R on the other hand... I don't know, seems like a far worse Fiddle R. No flash interaction tied to it, or really any gap-closing. Only step up is the radius, but not by much. I'd rework his R to be more unique and less like vegetable Fiddlesticks.
