What if we allowed gold players to pick their Victorious skin?

I missed Victorious Janna by one game with a salty Kennen in it (yes I am still mad) and while I've hit gold in both S4 and now S5 I know under the current system I'll never get her regardless of how well I do. I don't think it would be a huge deal to allow season 5 gold+ players their choice of Victorious skin. You know, let people choose how to celebrate their victory and all that. Players who have them all obviously get the new one, while players who either missed one or weren't around for it get the chance to pick up an older one instead.

(I would straight trade Morg for Janna. I never play Morg, and my Janna play has been pretty constant from the beginning (first bought champ!). My S5 Janna is 11 and 6.)

Automating this process could be done through icons. A week before it goes out, everyone picks a temp icon representing the skin they want, then they get it. If you don't pick, you automatically get the newest one.

Tangentially related, the champs I'd like to see get it are: Lux, Orianna, Sejuani, Evelynn, Jinx, or Sona (er, maybe not). Since all those groups other than Jinx are pretty well represented so far, the likelihood is low. :( Basically anyone other than that? Janna pls. ~Uiru
