Item Concept Ideas: Utility
So, I wanted to make utility items because supports have been really hit hard with the new support items. So, since its very hard for supports I decided to make some item concepts that would help other roles contribute a little bit of utility. Also, I'm really bad with names so some of these names will be really bad.
Eye of Above

.This item would allow any ap champion to contribute great vision of objectives.\
Binding Pulse

Stats: +400 health +70 magic resist
Unique Active: After a delay of 0.5 seconds, pulse with energy that effects all enemies within 400 units. All enemies affected by this pulse are grounded for 1 second. cooldown: 85
.This item can shut down ap assassins or just anyone with mobility while granting immense magic resist.
Vitality Magnet

Stats: +350 health +40 armor +40 magic resist +45 ability power
Unique Passive: +10% cooldown reduction
Unique Active: For an ally champion, increase all healing from outside sources by 20% for 5 seconds. range: 500 cooldown: 110
.This is just giving your support some help in, well, helping. It allows your support to more effectively heal an ally champion without blowing lifesteal and conqueror out of proportion. Or if you are a support, its selecting an ally in a fight that you really need to heal.
