Is making a Legacy/Ultimate skin that hard a Concept for Shen?

#Legacy Skins Ideas:

Woad Scout Shen- *Similar to Darius with a "Western Forest Ninja Look" and a wooden mask with a black strap at the back and red hair coming from the back and outer regions of the mask, like (Like the first protagonist Amon in Avatar Legend of Korra).

Night Raider Shen- reference to (Damien Wayne from Son of Batman) [Wearing his hood and get up with a white mask that has art on it similar to the antagonist of famous anime series Darker Than Black].

Dragon Blade Shen- (Similar to Dragon Blade Talon but with a Shen twist).

Cyber Shen- reference to (Sektor from Mortal Combat).

Project Shen- reference to characters in the gaming franchise (Warframe) [with blades slightly longer either moved to waist or remained on back.

Wanderer Shen- Reference to (Raiden from Mortal Combat Gaming Series [blades on waist]

Ninja School Shen- Make him look like he does kendo or ninjutsu bujinkan training. Have him throw a barrage of three small shurikens instead of the formal blade. When casting feint shen enters a defensive stance emitting steam or hot-bloodiness from him. Shadow dash looks similar to Yasuo's sweeping blade and he does suspended meditation in air [levitating] when channeling Stand United.

Fatal Foe Shen- reference to (Noob from the Mortal Combat Gaming Series).

#Ultimate Skins Ideas:

Galactic Shen- reference to (Alien X from Ben 10) with a Cosmic theme to all abilities and has a changed VoiceOver that sounds more sinister, probably no swords :/ but a freehand swipe thats similar to his normal auto-attack animation.

Star Blade Shen- *reference to (Strider Hiryu). With glowing eyes, a scarf covering his mouth/nose and a similar outfit to that of Hiryu. Having Astral attack and ability animations with his swords glowing upon unshealting.

Special Ops Shen- *reference to (Snake Eyes from G.I. Joe) Auto-Attacks look like they have more force and strength into them, and shen talks as if he is in a mecha suit. Vorpal Blade: Shen shoots a SMG gun taken from his waste instead of throwing a blade and the mark is a bullet pointing upward instead of a blade pointing down. Feint looks like energy generating from his suit instead of the current sphere, has an awesome breaking effect and still shows as gray health in the health bar. Shadow Dash: the animation colour is different, shen puts his blade infront him while dashing like in the Warlord Skin but instead of straight up it is slanted pointing to the right like Yasuo's Sweeping Blade. *Stand United should just look a little more impactful like an energy blink after teleporting, similar to pulse fire ezreal's Arcane Shift.

Temple Master Shen: A skin dictating shen's new leadership over the kinkou order. Dance remains the same, but with more words of wisdom taunt, walk and recall interactions and a deeper more commanding tone. The outlook would be similar to that of Warring Kingdoms Tryndamere. Walk animation looks more calm and attack animations look like well timed precise strikes of an adept swordsman, not the current whip slashes he does.

[In total shen should have new attack and movement animations on some of the concepts listed above where the regular animation won't fit, different ability particle colors different taunts/dances and awesome interactions he didn't have before with champions like Zed, Yasuo, Kennen, Akali, Riven, Irelia, Darius and others that seem appropriate xD
