Tanky Retreat Item: Lifeline QSS

Assassin's have item 3814 Squishies have item 3102 Fighters have item 3156 And Juggernauts have item 3053

The one class remaining that doesn't really have a good counterpart to these items would be pure tanks. Pure tanks don't really have any kind of reprieve in this game and it is something I would like to see considered at least.

item 3083 is a good start, but I often find myself unable to utilize the passive. The item I want to present could help that a bit.

Tactician's Resolve (2700g) item 3140 + item 1011

+700 health +40 magic resistance

UNIQUE PASSIVE- LIFELINE: Grants TACTICAL RETREAT if your champion has at least 3000 maximum health. UNIQUE PASSIVE- TACTICAL RETREAT: Upon taking damage from enemy champions that would reduce maximum health below 30%, removes all crowd control debuffs from your champion and increases bonus armor and bonus magic resistance by 10% for 3 seconds. For the duration, your champion gains an additional 45% movement speed and 25% tenacity when not moving towards enemy champions. (90 second cooldown)

Thoughts? (Numbers/stats could be tuned, I'm just looking for general directional feedback!)

tanks don't need a retreating item because they already have enough health to survive people attacking them constantly for like 2 whole minutes. Just the 700 health and magic resist are good stats for any assassin even though they don't need the passive.
