I wanted to ask would you happen to know when's the next time the legacy vault opens? Honestly I don't even remember which department you work with most but you're the only Rioter who I've seen answer anything, so sorry if I should be asking someone else.

I wanted to get Sabertusk Sej, then I noticed it's legacy now, I don't even know when that happened, or why, which leads me to my next question: What's the criteria for making an old skin legacy these days? In the past it was clear cut, it was skins of blatantly lower quality due to old standards. Now skins which don't fit that description are being made legacy.
