Lich Bane + Diana's Passive Not Working

Edit: I needed to go to a custom to check how bad the packet loss is (thanks for no east coast server Rito) and so I tested it again. This time the only difference was that I that I used the DV skin instead of LG... and it works every time now mysteriously, except for the fact that it only works on the main target and nothing else cleaved by the passive!

Someone else please test this, I don't want to do another custom just to see if changing skins makes a difference.

Either way that's some serious bullshit.

Exactly as the title says. Replicating is easy. 1 - Build Lich Bane. 2 - Prepare Diana's passive using 2 autos. 3 - Cast a spell to have the Lich Bane proc up. 4 - Hit something while both procs are up, it will not apply Lich Bane's damage at all the large majority of the time. Edit: But it will use the proc despite doing no damage.

I just tested this in a custom and out of 20 tries the Lich Bane proc applied 3 times. And yes I made sure both were definitely up.

Can we just buff Diana already? It's not 2012 anymore.

I completly agree, in my opinion there are alot more threatening assassins and diana is definitly not amazing right now compared to the likes of leblanc, zed, akali, etc. second off this is A DAMN BUG that should be fixed, as a player who plays diana i believe this would be a very good fix as lich bane is basicly core on her to burst anyone.

Okay update time kids. I tried it in a new custom game, with only the skin being different, and this time it works... on the main target only. The LB proc doesn't apply to anything else hit.

You're saying Lich Bane is procing on the main target, but her Passive is not applying at all? Or are you saying Lich Bane isn't applying in an AoE? It isn't supposed to apply in an AoE, so I'm probably not understanding.
