I even have a lore for it. If you guys feel like reading, tell me. However , I will only post the kit itself, to see if it gets more attention.

ABILITIES : Passive : Power Transfer

For every 5 points of AD alastor has, he gains 2 of AP. For every 10 points of AP alastor has, he gains 3 of AD. Also, Alastor abilities gains bonus effects after 50 of energy and consuming it upon use. If he reaches 100 of energy and don't use it for 5 seconds, he enters in a overcharged, gaining (30/40/50 ) of movement speed and (60/70/80%) of atk speed and consuming 10 of energy every second until he reaches 50 of energy. He does not gain energy while overcharged Alastor gains 1 of energy for every 50 units moved and 5 of energy for every minion or monster that dies within 1000 units.

First Activation : Alastor emits a eletric copy of him , dealing (20/40/60/80/100 + 50%AP + 20% TOTAL AD ) damage and slowing enemies in a small radius. Second Activation : Alastor may choose choose to switch places with his copy mid-air, doubling the base damage and knocking up enemies instead. Third Activation ( 5O of energy ) : Alastor emits a energy beam from his hand, deacreasing enemy armor/mr by 20% for 2s and dealing (20/40/60/80/100 + 25%AP + 10% TOTAL AD ) as magical damage. The damage is dealt before the armor/mr decrease The damage is dealt in a line behind the target that is knocked up .If more than one person is knocked up, you may choose one of them to be hit by the beam. The beam can hit non-knockedup champions that are behind the target.

W : Electrikk Radius: 500 Alastor creates a eletric barrier around him for 0.5 second, blocking incoming spells. If he blocks any spells during this time, she shield duration doubles. Stacks two times ( Basically, if he blocks one ability, she shield duration is refreshed and lasts for 1s. Blocking again will refresh the duration to 1.5s ) Total possible duration : 3s

Second Activation ( 50 of energy ) : If Alastor blocks at least one ability, he can then release a shockwave ( 600 units radius ) that will root nearby enemys by 1s and steal (3/4/5/6/7%) of their armor/mr for 3s.

E : Power Switch Deactivaved : Every 3 auto attacks, Alastor deals 1/2/3/4/5% ( +1% for 10%AP and 20% of Bonus AD ) maximum health as physical damage. Activated : Alastor auto attacks deal 100% of his AD as magical damage + 30% of his AP

R : Storm's call Range : 4000 Exploding radius : 900 Cost : 100 Energy

Alastor channels for up to 2.25s, charging a powerful amount of arcane magic into his hands and than charging in a straight line, dealing 120/140/160 ( 50% of bonus AD and 100% AP ) as magical damage. The base damage increases for 100% for every 0.75s that this ability is channeled and the ratios increase for 50% of the base amount for 0.75s too. ( Maximum damage : 360/420/480 + 100% Bonus AD and 200% of AP ). Alastor may steer slowly towards the mousing cursor. When reaching the end of the line or by reactivating it, Alastor emits a intense amout of arcane energy, dealing damage and stunning everyone ( including allies ) for 1s + 0.5s for every 1000 units walked during the charge ( Maximum stun : 3s ) Allies tenacity effects are increased by 50% while inside of the area. Alastor however will stay stunned until one of his enemys are no longer stunned.
