Elebreene- The Unstable Vessel

Elebreene is a girl who was cursed to have magical power far beyond what a mortal body could contain, now she walks a razors edge in order to survive. However, her incredible magical talent allows her to pull of exetremely powerful spells.

Passive: Unstable Energy

. Elebreene does not use mana for her abilities

. Elebreene has a bar that takes 15 seconds to fill up, once it is filled she gains 45% movement speed for 3 seconds, however after this movement speed ends she begins taking (4 Elebreene's maximum health per second) true damage. However when this bar is full her spells are greatly enhanced and will consume this bar. This passive does trigger until Elebreene has attacked an enemy.(this is so she won't die one minute into the game)

. This will not cancel recall

. This bar will be emptied and cannot fill up in the fountain.

Q: Magus' Ignition Elebreene sends magical energy to a target enemy dealing 30/80/130/180/230+(50% ability power) damage. If this kills an enemy, after a delay of 0.5 seconds magical energy floods from the target enemy to 2 enemies within 250 units, this will deal 75% damage, if this kills enemies this effect will be repeated, the damage being reduced by 25% each time.(it's sorta like Ryze e where it spreads.)

If Elebreene has full** Unstable Energy** this spell will deal 50/100/150/200/250+(85% ability power) damage. If it kills an enemy it will spread to 2 enemies within 300 units of the killed enemy, dealing full damage to them as well. This can repeat (same as normal Q but will deal full damage each time.) This empowered spell will consume all Unstable Energy

cast range: 600 cooldown: 20/18.5/17/15.5/14

W: Easing Power Elebreene consumes 50% of current** Unstable Energy** to gain 15% movement speed for 3 seconds. Additionally Elebreene's next three basic attacks deal 20/30/40/50/60+(25% ability power) bonus magic damage.

If Elebreene has full Unstable Energy This will grant her 75% movement speed for three seconds as well as the normal basic attack effect. This will consume all of Unstable Energy cooldown: 30/27/24/21/18

E: Spear of the Magus Elebreene channels for 0.75 seconds, after which she hurls a spear of pure magic in a target direction, dealing 40/90/140/190/240+(70% ability power) damage to the first enemy hit.

If Elebreene has full Unstable Energy this will deal 40/90/140/190/240+(100% ability power) damage and will silence the first enemy hit for 0.75 seconds. This will consume all Unstable Energy

range: 1000 cooldown: 25/23/21/19/17

**R: Unleashed ** Elebreene uses her magic to call energy from the Heavens upon a target location after a delay of 1.5 seconds. Enemies will see this target area 1 second before impact. This will deal 150/300/450+(95% ability power) damage to all enemies in the area.

If Elebreene has full Unstable Energy This spell will stun all enemies hit for 1 second. Additionally the spell will deal and additional 50/75/100+(45% ability power) damage over the next 2 seconds. This will consume all Unstable Energy. range: 1500 target area radius: 450

cooldown: 145/120/95

Pros .Massive Damage .No mana costs so in laning she is effective

Cons .Getting to lane is a nightmare, especially if you are a top or bot laner .exetremely squishy .if no enemies are around then Elebreene is subjected to a lot of damage from her passive, which will kill her in 25 seconds.

Perhaps instead of taking damage immediately from her passive, make it after 20 seconds or so. Otherwise, she would get punished for roaming and recalling, which takes away a biiig part of the early game. Then in late game team fights she would be passively dying, so the enemy wouldn't have to do anything besides wait her out, gaining a 4v5. When she does land abilities, they have such massive cd's that it's still possible to just poke and wait.

The amount of bonus movement speed on her kit seems pretty random and against the idea of a long range nuker. Their weakness should be having someone in their face or actually escaping their range, so having such a fluent mechanic such as MS boost would be frustrating. Think of late game Jhin passive constantly allowing him to edge away from enemies while blasting them away - not fun at all.

For the good! I enjoy that she gains an empowered ability every now and then because that can allow for stronger, varied gameplay which makes every situation unique and really tests that Elebreene's ability. Besides Xerath, I can't think of any obvious champions designed specifically for long range AP nuking, so having another option would be pretty sweet. Keep going with designing; It's always a fun muscle to work and the reward is always worth it Braum
