Fiddlesticks Vladimir Swain Ryze and potentially things like Malzahar Azir Karthus Zyra would abuse the SHIT out of it, if it's strong. Nobody would buy it if it's weak, other than potentially Vlad.

I recently got a game in as him though I only went 1/1/5 but I had fun. Got ganked by a Hecarim while I had my passive up and got him to get close to tower... I ulted him. Didn't end well for him and that was my first and only kill that game. We won via a surrender vote.

Mind linking me to that? I know they dislike his current iteration but I wasn't aware they disliked the mechanic behind him altogether. The only reason they disliked Vlad was that he was a champ that used hp to get hp.

Agh, I don't know where to find it. It was a red's comment on some post a while ago. It's because Yorick was absolutely nothing that they had intended, along with being rushed because of the then-common fast pace of champion releases.

So he ended up a jumbled mess of nothing they'd intended. So, while they may not have exclusively stated that Yorick as a champion was a complete regret, theyy've admitted that the final product should've been recalled.
