Hello dood!
I find that as designers go, you seem to be one to like to really push the edge when it comes to Champion utility.
I like that, so to start a discussion: Hair-based Mage/Fighter like Millia Rage from Guilty Gear!
I think this is a great opportunity for Riot to create something that is often done in fantasy/action anime (i.e.: Flame of Recca) which holds a special amount of charm, coolness, and uniqueness!
So to start off I have a few ideas for a kit:
Passive: Longer hair As she levels up: her model's hair lengthens and her spell's effects/range increase (or a nifty cut my hair and you suffer!)
Hairwalk (placeholder name) The character uses her (I would guess it would most likely be female) VERY long hair as "tentacles" gaining slight movespeed and also terrain-walking (like Batrider's Firefly in Dota), this will only last for a few seconds but can also boost the range of a few spells.
Hair-attacks-everywhere (placeholder) A Passive that lets the character's hair attack multiple minions while in lane (grants her some sort of sustain?) If activated, this cancels the passive but makes her auto-attack all champions in a wide AoE instead (inflicting all On-Hit effects)
Hair-Mummy (placeholder name) The character encases a target champion in hair for a very short while (1 second), dealing % HP damage. decent range and this can be pivotal in the use of her other skills ( like Azir's W)
Hair-Slam! (placeholder name) Ideally, the ult: Activatable only during the time someone is in a Hair-Mummy, grab that Champ (like Syndra's W) and slam it towards your back (like Millia Rage's signature move). After landing, there is a short duration by which you can reactivate the spell slamming them back to their point of origin!
