A champion that gains no crit from crit items but more attack speed instead

Crit damage would just increase the autos damage.

So if the champion buys PD he/she/it will gain 35% more attack speed instead of crit.

Maybe make the champ have a crit animation that occurs on the autos once a certain condition is met.
