But you'd have to sacrifice an extra 35% attack speed, 30 armour + basic attack damage reduction, shit ton of OOC movement speed, tenacity, ETC. just to use it.

It would be a really good idea in higher ELOs, where people could utilise the extra bit of free time to set their champions up for some really nice plays!
