Of disabled champions in LoL. I know it might be bit controversial. I just think LoL shouldn't be all about all healthy and (mostly) beautiful champions (sorry urgot).

So far we have only Blind Lee & Swain walking with cane.

Maybe add champion without arm or leg?
Disabled people aren't worse than rest of us. Ugh i really don't know how to write this. I really hope you get my point. Being disabled doesn't mean you can't be good at something.

Also i'm not asking for every champion to be physically handicapped.

Just look how warmly did playerbase accept Lee Sin.

People do not give a shit if lee is blind. It does not have anything to do with his game play. It supposedly adds the the thematic cause he seems to be part bat after setting himself on fire.

Lets face reality here handicap/disabled people can not function as well as the average person. Hence the term DISABLED and they get special rules made for them. In a combat game no one is really disabled or they get some super power to make them greater than a normal person. Lee is not really disabled he sees through sound(daredevil). Different sight is not sightless.

That's even more of a reason to add handicapped champions. Afterall it's fantasy world :)

Btw did you ever seen guy with 1 arm? After steroids treatment and countinous use of just 1 arm it's freaking HUGE. I've seen it once. Whole arm bigger than my leg. His hand almost the size of my head!

In fist fight i'd be the "disabled one". Just think of possibilities

Again no plays a champ cause of a disability. No one plays swane for(except bronzes kids) for the limp. They play for the kit. People may try him out cause he turns into a giant bird but they do not stay with the champ for that reason.

As someone mentioned that if someone was missing an arm they would/could get a hextech replacement. Why would someone that fights put themselves at a disadvantage when they could be patched up?

Your desire is awkward at best.

also the whole part of champs being half based off of characters in pop culture, other vidya games, historical figures, and mythologies!!

Sion is missing a leg. Urgot is missing a HUGE fraction of his body. Viktor has a shitload of prosthetics. Sona is mute from birth. Dr. Mundo has some facial paralysis from drug use. Gragas is a raging alcoholic. Irelia is dead (I'm sure that counts, right?). Jinx has a mental disorder (and I'm sure she's not alone in that one on the list). Kassadin may very well have lung issues requiring that mask after his trips through the Void. Lissandra is blind. Lux has some pretty severe psychological issues as well, from her various bits of lore. Nocturne has no legs! Yorick has a permanent hunchback.

I don't think of urgot as disabled champion.. I kinda get the feeling he enjoys it that way. About Sions leg: didn't know (will check it) Sona: i Knew but i meant more of physical handicap Gragas/Jinx/Kassa/Lux c'mon that's just... Liss = didn't know Noc = i won't even comment on that Yorick UGH OK he gives vibe of disabled champion

And didn't know Irelia is dead. Gotta read the lore.

There are a lot of disabled Champions here, but most of them don't seem to fit the bill for what you want (Nocturne was there mostly as a joke). Maybe you want to narrow what you're asking for?

Edit: Oh, and as far as Urgot goes: "Existence is torment."

Yeah, there are really only two Champions who feel and look disabled: Yorick and Swain. Urgot is too far removed from the normal human condition to really render as disabled, even though he is in constant agony and missing every limb imaginable.

Everyone else is either internal, not easily noticeable, or their measures to counteract it eliminate the vibe completely. I'm not sure if that means we need more disabled Champions, though. If you think we should have more, maybe the direction to go is to ask for a little more visibility on the conditions of the Champions who already have disabilities.
