Tuga; The Priest of the Last Stand

Tuga is a priest from the ancient race of chelona race that lives deep below the waves off of the coast of the Zuan. Living largely in harmony back into the ages, the chelona learned to prepare for war as their home was slowly degradated by the remanence of various Zuanian experiments were cast into the sea. Watching their home slowly rot into a former shell of itself, the chelona migrated to the lands beneath the Blue Flame Island, finding it to be a location where the land-dwellers respected the sea more than their Zuan counterparts. As trade relations great between the chelona and the Bilgewater, the customs of the dry-folk were slowly integrated with their clan, and journeys to the surface grew common and accepted.
In the rebellion at Bilgewater, Tuga lost family in Miss Fortunes disruption of the hierarchy. Tuga, not able to let a sin go unpunished, has journied to the slaughter docks looking to for vengence.
P - Enduring Light: So long as Tuga has a ward on the map, he gains +2gp10. This does not include Ghost Poro.
Q - Barrier Reef: Tuga creates a barrier on the map that operates like a wall. This land will exist for 2/4/6 minutes on the map, or until a new, 4th piece of land is cast (only 3 barriers can exist on the map at once). Abilities that would otherwise pass through terrain will be blocked by barriers.
W - Whirlpool: Tuga casts a tidepool in an area,. After 2 seconds, all enemies in that area are slowed for the duration. Whirlpool lasts 2/4/6 seconds.
E - Red Herring: Tuga plants a trap on the map that is visible for 2 seconds before going invisible. Until interacting with this trap, the enemy champion is visible, and is slowed for 1/2/3 seconds.
R - Shellback: Tuga puts himself in Stasis for 2.5 seconds, rendering him untargetable and invulnerable for the duration, but also unable to move, attack, cast spells, or use items during this time (240 second cooldown).
