Manaless Mage Concept

Now, I feel like many will see the title and say "that's way too powerful". But, this will come with a drawback. Most champions that don't need mana or use energy are SUPPOSED TO have longer cooldowns to compensate for this advantage. One thing I feel is far too prevalent in the current game is simply spamming your abilities all at once, without any drawbacks. With this concept I want this to be something that has a lot of risk involved. My main goals for this concept are to...

-Make a balanced champion -Make a manaless mage -Make a champion where it is difficult to spam abilities and not leave yourself vulnerable

I will call this champion Stevenson just for the concept, I picture him as a mage who wields a spellbook which is constantly opened to some random page.

Attack Range: 475

Passive: Protective Spell Ward While Stevenson is channeling any ability, he is immune to silences.

Q: Detonating Spellmark Stevenson fires a projectile in a target direction that marks the first enemy hit, dealing 40/75/110/145/180+(55% ability power) damage. After a delay of 0.75 seconds the mark explodes in a cone, this cone faces in whatever direction the enemy is facing. All caught in the detonation of the mark (including the target originally marked) take 50/90/130/170/210+(60% ability power) damage. Mark range: 900 cone range: 450 cone degree: 50 degrees cooldown: 20/19/18/17/16

W: Wavewall Stevenson channels for 0.5 seconds, after which he unleashes a wave of magic in the target direction, dealing 50/80/110/140/170+(50% ability power) damage to all enemies caught in it. This interrupts enemy dashes, and any if an enemy's dash is interrupted by this ability they are grounded for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds. range: 750 width: 400 cooldown: 22/21.5/21/20.5/20

E: Shock Pulse (please suggest ideas for a better name if you have any) Stevenson channels for 0.5 seconds, after which, an explosion of magic goes off at a target location (enemies will see target location 0.25 seconds before it detonates). This deals 80/100/120/140/160+(65% ability power) damage to all enemies caught in the explosion, as well as stunning them for 0.75 seconds. range: 1000 explosion radius: 250 cooldown: 25

R: Spellbomb Stevenson channels for 1 second, after which he fires a magical projectile. Upon hitting an enemy, it explodes, dealing 250/500/750+(90% ability power) damage to the enemy hit an all nearby enemies. All nearby enemies are knocked back to the explosions edge and stunned for 0.25 seconds. range: 1200 explosion radius: 400 cooldown: 70/60/50

Strengths High Damage Decent CC

Weaknesses Incredibly long cooldowns Many of his abilities require him to channel

.The reason I feel you cannot use your abilities in rapid succession easily is because it leaves you unable to do anything for around 7 to 8 seconds. Even if you have 45% CDR his lowest cooldown is 8.8 seconds. This means that if he uses all of his abilities at once in a team fight he's leaving himself vulnerable long enough for someone to easily take him down. This is added on to the fact that his R is completely useless if you miss it. However if you can land all of his abilities in rapid succession successfully then you are dealing massive damage that could likely annihilate then enemy team in a team fight.
