Sent to a private boarding school in Demacia at a young age, Sebastian quickly became a renowned Fencer and a prodigy duelist.

Passive - First Class Morale

For each Kill over Death he has, Sebastian gains +5 AD.

(EX: Sebastian is 11/5, so he gains +30 AD)

Q - Forceful Advance | 30/35/40/45/50 Mana | 12/11/10/9/8 Second CD

Sebastian lunges forward, dealing 35/70/105/140/175 (+1.2 AD) Physical Damage to all enemy units hit and shoving minions and monsters aside.

If Sebastian hits an enemy champion, he stops, but slows them by 40% and reduces their armor by 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% for 3 seconds.

W - Focused Strikes | 50 Mana | 10 Second CD (After Effect Wears Off)

For the next 8 seconds, Sebastians auto attacks deal a bonus 11/22/33/44/55 (+0.2 AD) Bonus True damage over 3 seconds.

E - Triple Slash | 30/40/50/60/70 Mana | 16/14/12/10/8 Second CD

Sebastian slashes in front of him in a cone quickly 3 times, dealing 20/35/50/65/80 (+0.5 Bonus AD) per slash.

If all 3 slashes land on an enemy champion, they are grounded for 2.5 seconds.

R - Prodigy's Path | 100 Mana | 140/120/100 Second CD

Sebastian opens a glowing path in a straight direction for 10/15/20 Seconds, removing all terrain in it's path for the duration. Any allied or enemy champions may walk on the path during that time.

Path dimensions: 1500/3000/4500 Units Long by 750 units Wide

I think a fencer would be invading Fiora's territory (and he would definitely be trying to, with that ult) (I know nothing of statistics such as damage/cooldown/costs so I won't address those) His passive is both op and weak, making him an unstoppable snowball machine (for example, get a few kills ahead then build full tank to stay there) or being completely useless for when he's behind without providing any assistance with changing that. His Q sounds like Sejuani Q or Vi Q and would probably end up looking like Fiora Q. His W is pretty lackluster all around. I don't understand the added effect of the E. How does he ground them? It could be interesting, otherwise. The Ult seems very out-of-place on this character. Why does he have this power? How? Why doesn't he use it all the time? It feels like a disconnect with the rest of his character, judging by what's here. I would offer fixes but he needs a more thorough background to understand what's needed.

Only good skill you have is E. Everything else is pretty garbo. R isn't intended for a champion like this, passive is useless, W should be only on Yi, Q is dumb, etc.

nice idea but.....Q is good but together with this W which is almost identicalk with irelia's W makes him look like Irelia overall.change his W and Passive .its a very simple passive that doesnt hace much impact.
