why do ahri and braum get skins when jinx doesn't
seriously, braum is NEWER than jinx and got a skin, and ahri JUST got popstar ahri. i hate the stupid favoritism champions get

They've said that Jinx takes a bit of work because of her wavy hair and multiple gun models.

honestly they should focus more on champs that have only 1 skin (not counting the Classic ones) or ones that have terrible set of skins, but most likely prioritizing the ones with 1 skin
It is not faveritism nor does riot go by how old a champion is when they make a new skin. When a riot employee creates a new skin, (it can be anyone in riot who does this, there is no skin creation job in riot,) it is brought to the others for their comments and suggestion regarding it. If alot of employees like the skin they will make it. Most of what riot does is very similar to the skins & champion concepts forums.
