What would the skills be? What would the passive be? Would they be the first melee mage or would they be ranged? Would they be a support? A jungler? Top laner? Mid laner?

What would their ratios be? Would they have any ad scaling at all?

I imagine she's probably going to be some kind of elementally themed mage :P I don't know that they'd go that outside of the box :P
