Serenity, the Girl Who Tore Reality

Design:

A beautiful blue-violet skinned young woman with a soft expression and calming voice, her messy blue hair flows bellow her waste and her eyes glow a transcendent cyan like the wandering souls of the Shadow Isles. She wears a black one piece covering her chest and mid section with black knee high boots and black gloves. But over that she wear's a cloak of Cyan Fog emitting from the large void crystal in the center of her chest, that sheaths the ground beneath her feet, she carries a rod the same height as her tipped off with a dream catcher that has a foggy Cyan scythe blade coming out of its side.

Lore:(Work in Progress)"Dreams are amazing things you know, they can take the very reality we love and tear it apart at the seams" -Serenity

A swirling vortex of fog constantly surrounds serenity emitting from the void crystal on her chest, enemies that stay in this fog for 3 seconds will be snared and afflicted with "Phantasma" limiting their vision and causing Serenity's next ability or basic attack to deal bonus true damage.

W: Phantasmal Eruption Serenity charges her Dream Catcher with her fog causing her fog to pull back towards her body for 3 seconds, at the end of the duration she gains a shield and increased movement speed. This effect cannot be applied on the same champion for 12 seconds.

Serenity channels for 3 seconds increasing the range of her fog for the duration, while channeling her fog slowly pulls enemies towards her and slows them, immediately after channeling she Spins her scythe around her in a huge circle dealing physical damage the damage increases based on enemy's missing health.

Slow:30% at all levels Cost:120 Damage: 40/80/100 to 120/180/240 (Based off enemy's missing health) Scaling:70% of AD to 160% of AD (based off enemy's missing health)

The extra damage of "Phantasma" is applied as 50%/55%/60% of this attacks damage, if it can be applied.

I was inspired directly by one of my favorite champions "Evelynn, the Widowmaker" and by the canceled champion "Komachi", many of her scaling are taken from other champions. Feel free to criticize in the comments bellow make adjustments and such, thank you.

PS: Help me find the hit box's for some of these.

Edits: Added mana costs because i forgot, added base stats.

Edits: Lowered base Tank Stats, increased movement speed, "phantasma" can no longer be stacked per ability.

Edits: Removed the Snare on "Fantastic Wave"

MAJOR EDIT: Changed a couple of ability's.

I'll try to do a more detailed analysis later, but here's some of the things I noticed:

  • You don't need to have AD scalings that change with rank on every ability. In fact, it's rather rare. Remember that AD scaling is already a type of late-game scaling so having it change with ability rank rarely makes sense. The only reason to do that is to tell the player "even when you have a lot of items, this ability won't do much damage until you actually invest some points into it." It's mainly a tool to force players to max an ability first or second when they would otherwise max it last. In a sense, you're telling the player to max every ability first, which always leaves some ability feeling really weak until level 18. Most of the time, the AD/AP/HP scaling factor on an ability shouldn't change.

  • I find the combination of tank and assassin really odd. Her ability to stack debuffs, CC and true damage is saying "make me a tanky", her insanely high AD ratios are saying "build damage items" and the combination of the two says "I'm going to be overpowered unless my numbers are so low that I'm useless." I suggest comparing your champion to someone like Darius. Darius is a tanky champion who still threatens squishes with high damage. Notice that he has much less CC and much less damage. You could even compare Serenity to one of your favorite champions, Evelynn. I suggest removing some CC and/or lowering those AD scalings by quite a bit.

  • Assassins are usually very mobile, lack CC and focusing on diving into the backline. While Serenity certainly has high damage ratios, her lack of mobility and plethora of CC make me think that tagging her as a fighter would be more appropriate.

You've got a very neat concept, but Serenity could probably use a few nerfs :)

I like this idea, but having her come from the glade would be more thematically sound, as the void consumes, while she exudes and confuses. Like Lulu

Also another champ from there would be nice.
