Can we please get visual updates on Kennen, Teemo, Veigar and Lulu?

They just aren't anywhere near as good as Poppy and Tristana. You look at Poppy's short giggle and snort, and it's the cutest thing in the god damn world. But Lulu's laugh, which is integral to her kit since you MUST spam it in order to completely 90 degree tilt the enemy after your W+R combo, looks plain stupid with her face just statically waving back and forth in the air. It's just like, "yeah, you're spamming laugh, but now the bad, outdated look of Lulu's face is plain to see."

Kennen and Veigar, on the other hand, just look far too static in all their movement. It's extremely lacking in any aspect, be it the magical charm supposed to be inherent in yordles, the graceful poise implied by Kennen's martial skill, or the adorable attempt to walk with the confidence of an evil villain and fail that Veigar would be prone to.

Teemo needs a gameplay and visual update, which is why I separated him from the others. He's simply been outdated since even before I started playing back in November 2012. His kit's been out of synergy with the state of champions and items for years now, and his model has the same low-budget look as pre-VU Annie.
