Clarity and Confusion in the Jungle

Hello,

I love to jungle, and I love to jungle aggressively. So it should come as no surprise that I like to invade enemy jungle throughout the game. I have discovered a rather frustrating circumstance which happens about 50% of the time when I contest jungle creeps.

Here's the problem: I have discovered that often times when I contest a camp, I cannot see around/through my opponent's health bar well enough to time my smite with the big minion's health bar. I try to click the minion but to do this I must click around/through the champion's health bar, so half the time I just end up clicking the champion and watching their health bar instead of the jungle minion's health bar. I have missed many a smite steal/save due to this overlap of health bars.

If any RIOTer would be willing to look into this I would be very grateful. In the meantime, if anyone has suggestions on how to alleviate this I am all ears.

Thank you for your time, Teys0

I have the same problem from time to time if one of my allies is being a good guy support and tanking dragon/baron for me. They cover up the creep so I can't click and get the hitbox. Removing the name helps, but this is super annoying as a jungler.

Another thought, if you play fatter champs like Sej/Hec/Cho, do this to the enemy jungler. Everyone has the same problems.

@Rito: Is it possible to do some secret hot key combination like a shift + click that would ignore champions and click on any objectives under them? That would fix this problem and be obscure enough that only people that cared would need to know about it.

You can actually click on the buff or creep to see it's health displayed in the top left corner of your screen.
