this spell is now ridiculously overpowered. The grievous wounds reduction is going to make Mundo OP. 
was the only thing keeping Mundo in check, and now that you can heal away ignite, he's going to be unstoppable top lane. RIP Renekton,

I'm sure they're watching heal to make sure it's balanced. I'd also be willing to bet that, rather than nerf heal, they're planning on buffing other summoners up to its level (and maybe there will finally be some competition with flash!), which would be awesome for diversity of summoner spells.
mundo isnt a problem. Ever. Stop this unnecessary ranting and just build the many many many many answers to health stacking
