Passive Grog Soaked Blade:

Gangplank's basic attacks apply a poison debuff for 3 seconds that can stack up to 5 times. Each stack deals 3 + (1 × level) magic damage per second and slows the target by 7% for a maximum of 15 + 5 x level magic damage per second, and a 35% movement speed slow.

Q Parrrley: Range: 625 Cooldown: 5 Cost: 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 Mana

Gangplank shoots a target enemy with his pistol, dealing 130% AD physical damage, plus 6 / 7 / 8 / 9 / 10% of the target's missing health. If a minion or monster is killed with this ability, Gangplank gains 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 extra gold and refunds half the mana cost. If he kills an enemy champion, the gold bonus is doubled, and Gangplank gets a full mana refund and cooldown reset. This ability can critically strike and applies on-hit effects, including his passive.

W Remove Scurvy: Cooldown: 22 / 21 / 20 / 19 / 18 Cost: 65 Mana

Gangplank eats a large amount of citrus fruit, instantly removing all crowd control effects on him, as well as healing himself for 80 / 150 / 220 / 290 / 360 (+ 100% AP).

E Raise Morale: Range: 600 Cooldown: 20 / 19 / 18 / 17 / 16 Cost: 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 Mana

Passive: Gangplank's attack and movement speed are increased permanently. Passive Attack Speed Bonus: 6 / 10 / 14 / 18 / 22% Passive Movement Speed Bonus: 3 / 5 / 7 / 9 / 11%

Active: Gangplank fires his pistol into the air, disabling his passive boost but inspiring himself to gain additional attack damage and ability power, and inspiring his allies to receive his passive bonus, for 7 seconds. Active Bonus: 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 AD/AP

R Cannon Barrage: Range: Global Cooldown: 150 / 125 / 100 Cost: 100 Mana

Gangplank signals his ship to fire a cannonball barrage upon a target 600-radius area for 6 seconds, granting vision of the area and dropping 25 cannonballs over the duration, each one dealing 100 / 150 / 200 (+25% AP) magic damage to enemies within a radius of 150. Enemies that walk over a cannonball crater are slowed by 30 / 40 / 50%. Craters will last for 3 seconds after the cannonball has fallen. Enemies that are directly hit by a cannonball are stunned for 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 seconds. This stun cannot stack for the duration of the ultimate.

I think this would make GP so viable that people would ban him out just like in pre-VU-nerf...that'd be nice to see. He has so much potential and is so fun to play
