Champions That Really Grind Your Gears

The champ that really grinds my gears is 
. I don't know what it is about his kit that makes me want to kick a baby, whether it's his natural tankiness, his passive healing more than a 
ult, his back toss, his chain lightning, or just the fact that he's an armored bear (
), but my day gets ruined every time he's picked on the enemy team (or worse I have to lane against him.)
, because I suck at dodgeball.
Need I say more to super dmg and infinite sustain with ult?
How do I go ham vs him when he has all that disengage, and if I chase him, well, yaknow. Also a good 
he's scurry.
I just dont know what to do against her. She can freely tower dive with her ult, she takes reduced damage from sources that would do more then 10% or her current hp in damage, and she can just activate her w to get max stacks, instead of actually having to stack it, and gets a speed buff. I don't think that i have ever actually beat a team with a poppy on it.
Moves ball, such skill. She annoys me to no end, wins lane and teamfights like a god(ess).

- personal counter. always lose to her, whether I'm playing adc, or the mf decides to play mid/top.
- Cant say anything more than "Teemo"
- Disgusting range, paired with a sustain support is just a nightmare
Because his E is un-freaking-dodgeable. If I'm playing ADC, I can't kill him. Ever.
Because I know our bottom lane is just not going to hide behind minions and feed. Happens every time.
