Taric having a heal barely makes sense and limits his role and potential

I honestly don't think Taric has much of a purpose or defined role in this game compared to every other support. He would make more sense to be totally all in like Leona or totally about defense like Braum, but he is kind of all over the place without being that great at a lot of things.

When he gets his VU I hope they replace his Q and R with something a lot cooler and make his E a more exciting and play-making skillshot instead of a boring point and click stun.
