Limit to how many Chromas purchasable by with Blue Essence?

So obviously by the question, I was using my blue essence because there is literally nothing to use it on.

I have every champion, I have the skins I want, and there is literally no use for it and im sitting on 60k+

So i realized I could buy chromas with the blue essence. I bought several of them and now there is no longer an option to buy any of them with blue essence. Just RP.

So question is, since I dont exactly keep up with the notes. Was there a limit introduced to how many we can purchase?
