Suddenly cannot play league

I was in champion select for a blitz game and after we selected our champions it seemed as though the game froze. My friends told me that they were all already in a loading screen but I was stuck in a champion select. I used task manager to end all processes and tried to relog. However, it refuses to let me log back in. It either gets stuck on the login screen or lets me log in but everything is black, and doesn't let me lobby.

I tried to use the repair tool to fix the issue and nothing. What is going on??
