Player Behavior.
It's full of positive voted threads for most of the page while GD, Gameplay, TFT are all getting downvoted. Whoever is running the down vote bot this month must have been banned [slayer-jinx-wink]
Maybe, the bot is subtle sometimes though so it isn't always massive unless they are intentionally trying to flex. Sometimes you will see like 7 upvotes/downvotes appear at once. It's gotten to the point that votes mean literally nothing. Even if it looks close, the bot easily could have sent in 5-6 to tilt it to the side they want. The best you can do is sort by new and not care if your post gets upvoted/downvoted
