"Main role"

So, does anyone else find if annoying as all hell that there is no option to pick only a single role and opt into a longer Q time as a result? I want to play mid, its honestly the only role I want to play and I'd be willing to increase my Q time to insure that I get it. Instead, I'm forced to choose a "back-up" role, top in my case, and im stuck with that whether I want it or not. I can dodge I guess, but them Im hit with a 5 minute penalty (time would could have been spent in an increased Q for mid) and even then I am not guaranteed the role I want. If I look at my op.gg right now, im at 53% top solo Q games and 42% mid. How is it a primary role if I get it less than my secondary? I dont want to play top. I dont want to play adc, support, or jungle. I want to play Mid. I don't enjoy the game in other roles, and if I'm not enjoying the game, what is the point of playing? There needs to be an option to accept longer Q times in exchange for a guaranteed role. I'd rather waste 15 minutes in a single Q than 30 minutes in a game I dont want to be playing because I was forced into a lane I dont enjoy. It makes no sense.
