is it the end of my world (virtual ofc)? or is there a way to swap email addresses?

You can only change emails while signed into the account for security purposes. If you somehow forget all of your login info you're out of luck.
you arent out of luck, i forgot it and got into contact with riot and they asked a shit ton of questions, like what were some of your gifts you received from other players, like random questions only the owner of the profile would know.
