the adc needs the support to help them look good.
the supports are the ADCS early game while late game it shifts to the carrys turn to return the favor. we should respect the yin/yang thats adc/support.

I play both...supports win lane....adc wins games

Supports are generally far better human beings.
In Dota 2, support players always sacrifice themselves for keeping their carry alive or let them get kills but in LoL they are so selfish which some of them only cares about their kda and always stays back with full hp while ADC has to farm 1v2 which is so frustrating and then they blame how bad ADC is but in the truth, these selfish supports haven't done anything useful in the lane and ADC never got the chance of showing skills so in my opinion better support wins botlane with creating right moments for letting ADC shine.

Unless you have a Brand, Pyke, Zac, Senna, etc that carry the team off the damg they produce off "support" items, but ya it should be a give and take.
As an ADC main since season 4 i would be genuinely happy for the first time of my life if Riot would remove the role of support entirely or to be less harsh, move them top or mid, 1v1 adc bot lane is a dream i wish to come true, i used to play a lot of twisted tree line to solo lane before it was removed sadly, also top laners cry when you take a ranged top lane even though ADC's are easy to dive and shut down.

People need to stop thinking the ADC and support stuff is all special, its not a 2v2 game, its a 5v5 game. Your entire team needs the support and the ADC and the ADC and support need the entire team. The support is simply there to help the ADC survive laning the long lane that is the bot lane. They aren't the adc's support, they are the ENTIRE TEAMS support. Also ADC's need to realize that while they are the carries, they aren't play makers. They are right click bots, and need to follow the decisions of everyone else on the team. Too many ADC's have no respect for their supports. Well for valid reason though, a quarter of your supports are autofills, a quarter are mage players that don't know how to lane so they just que support, and the last half are egirls playing enchanters standing behind you the entire laning phase.
Would be true if the ADC class wasn't incredibly power creeped to the point that almost every single ADC wins early as well.
Tristana, Lucian, Vayne, Caitlyn, Senna, Quinn, Twitch all very good in solo lanes.
Supports are there because traditionally an ADC needed a duo to help them, being walking wards later on. Now ADC can 1v1 nearly everyone top and mid lane, while the supports straight up 1v5 games if you pick the right champion.

Nah i just help adcs and give them a free lane and they turn around to run away from every fight while they super fed and leave me to die because i dont have as many good ways to run from a fight.
Na...no wtf game champs r u playing? In what world does the carry become the support later on. The carry needs the supp 10x more later on. well assuming also u have A support not some dmb ass full ap lux. side note . lux players always maximizing that shield damage. god like

Depends on the elo if it not master + than that ying-yang is not true ... they cant carry shit or the support is afk in the lane ... you can watch LS playing sydra support and roaming lanes and getting kills for top and mid while the adc had one job to freeze the lane and enjoy the free win but not she pushes the lane and dies in 1 v 1 the ying-yang concept is not for low elo ( in my opinion that is everything below master rank ) sorry man I know I get downvotes for this comments but you can't expect that from players that have no clue how to play the game.

Except when you find out in-game that your Top and Bot are a duo and they are ditching you (the support) in bot lane so that they can play two vs one in the top lane...
Then, you just have to carry their feeding butts with an S+ by playing one vs three (enemy jungler trying to farm you). True Story.

People have forgotten ADC and support are one unit. One of the really bad things that have come out of all these lethality supports being made lately is that adc's often have little to no peel for mid late game
