Is anyone else experiencing lag or dcs with optimum

I constantly find myself dcing in ranked games. AND ONLY in ranked games. It's starting to piss me off because I just lost a game because i was dc the whole game and I was 0/0/11. Is anyone else experiencing such problems? I resetted my router already
