It's stupid to see someone give up and go int, literally most of the games that my team dont surrender in we get a comeback and half the time everyone's like, it's over man ff@20, like if you give up then at least dont int. You're literally ruining it for the others. It's ranked, not normals.
they are punished you know.
Yeah it's a hard problem to really solve. We can only make life as annoying as possible by reporting them so their accounts keep getting banned but they will likely still make new accounts or buy them.
My most annoying one I had was a Garen that gave up 8 minutes into the game while we were ahead and starting inting down midlane just because the jungler messed up and forgot smite. Then he AFK'd at 20 after he started a surrender vote which failed and he never came back to game. That stuff sucks.
Low elo's have a problem with giving up. It is possible to pull comebacks if people start listening to suggestions from the players who get toxic and upset because they don't like the bad players who don't want to work as a team.
I mean, it should be a free 14 day ban if they end the game with 
after feeding.

i find it hard to stay trying if the enemy team has like 3 smurfs and your team has none
Why do you think people give up? Because they think the game is over. Why do you think people int? Because they've given up and int feeding is the only thing you might be able to do to end the game sooner.

So are you by holding people hostage in a match they don't want to be in.
Get rid of those people who refuse to FF when they're down 30-0 with 3 inhibs lost at 20 minutes too.
