why is inting not punished more harshly?

if its "hard to detect" then here is the solution

  1. bring back player reviewed tribunal but for inting cases only
  2. have the community VIEW REPLAYS to determine if someone has inted or not.
  3. only honor level 4 and honor lvl 5 players can cast judgement on these cases.

humans can and always will be able to tell the difference between someone who ints like a clown then goes afk after inting 19 kills compared to a fucking AI bot.

Or how about we just bring back tribunal in general??? how many years has it been promised it would be brought back now? there is zero repercussions for someone inting but if you say a single word back to them in anger you get chat restricted so you are forced to stay silent and let them get away with it unpunished.

So if only honor 4 and honor 5 players can cast judgement, what happens at the start of the new season? When everyone is below honor 3? And do you honestly think a lot (enough) of players will waste their time looking through game play footage to see if someone on someone else's game was inting?

Tribunal is really shitty compared to the system we have now, it will (hopefully) never come back

Because "inting" has become a blanket term for "doing poorly".

Being bad at the game is not punishable, but purposefully dying to the enemy is. It's difficult for even humans to tell the difference between someone who is actively trying to lose the game, and someone who simply doesn't understand that they are in a bad matchup or that they are behind and will die if they fight. Even chat isn't a good indication, as someone who keep getting destroyed in lane is probably not the happiest with their team.

If you do get caught inting, or soft inting, or trolling games, the maximum punishment ought to be handed down to you. I mean hate speech levels of punishment. Straight to 14 day suspension, next permanent.

Because the untold amounts of games these guys had to ruin before they ever got caught, could be in the 100s. The amount of people they may have gotten banned because of those people yelling at them, etc. It is so hard to get caught and punished for inting, that there ought to be a strong deterrent if you get caught.

I dont know what the punishment is, but it should damn sure be 14 day right off the bat if you get caught for something besides flame. Because the amount of time it took for that to even register on the radar to get you banned is massive.
