Can Galio have a similar change to Anivia and Viktor?

Viktor and Anivia got some small simple buffs.

Anivia will probably go from 50% win rate to 51-52% win rate.

Viktor might go from 47% to 48% win rate.

I think viktor mains are gonna use that buff a lot better than average viktors tho.

Now maybe you can do the same thing to Galio instead of doing these power creep change you did in the past?

Like stop changing the Q anymore go for something else?

Theres a bunch of small changes you can do that can help Galio without doing anything stupid again like A small buff to later in the game Passive by upping its Ratio by 0.1-2 like he used to have that wasnt problematic at all? how about increasing the E Travel time so its possible to hit at max range?

You dont need to do stupid shit like Buffing his Q to 1 shot tanks or stuff like that?
