Sire Hippington3 voteswouldn't mind that if he was compensated by either reverting the anti waveclear E changes, the ult knockup or buffing his tankiness, or atleast not increasing manacosts as much, but atm he stands and falls with the Q damage as his ult is rather meh and Q is both his waveclear and champion damage, when it's weak early he can't wavclear effectivly and he can't trade well, so his lane rather sucks, and with the ratio nerfs and the previous utillity nerfs, his lategame doesn't make up for that.

You can make abominations like Akali and Aatrox and give them absurd levels of nonsense, so long as it is solely focused on killing people safely without any threat of death. But give someone the ability to be a strategic or tactical team player? Insta-nerf into the ground or rework them until it becomes a meme.

Nope Ally buff? Nope, just his Ult which might've had the buff removed. MR scaling damage? Kind of? On an autoattack.... Visually Galio looks more Armory than Mage tank. Waste of a design

That's an auto worth of damage at level 4 and entire potions for landing one EQ combo midgame hes missing. If you have 2400 HP, 3 stacks of his passive is dealing 72 less damage P E R S E C O N D. Take 70 damage off any other ability and you gut the champ
