How is Kha'Zix anywhere near a blanaced champion?
Jump further than flash two or three times within 2 seconds,
invisible for 3 seconds,
instantly kills any adc or mage instantly with 2 items.

Assassins in general are very forgiving to play. They are kinda balanced, but they are probably mostly balanced around playing against other assassins :D don't give up, ban those champions for cowards and have fun
Needs items and snowballing in order to be usefull. Lee, Olaf, Rek, J4, Elise, Ekko and Zac to some extent are better options.
Every single game in low elo kz is 20+ kills with almost no deaths
He also requires to successfully get a kill to be able to jump again, need his enemy to be alone to reach the burst of most assassins and has the shortest invisibility in the game.
