Can Kled get some attention?

To begin with, I don't want people going off about "oh he's SO FAIR, you just had a bad match with him!" It's not just my last match with him. Every match with Kled is an extremely boring and unfun shitshow of a game where he abuses his overloaded kit.

To begin with, his passive presents itself with an issue of being too forgiving. He can easily get courage back from towers and just by hitting a meatshot on his Q. If he fails and gets knocked off Skaarl, the punishment rightfully should be more severe.

Then there's his Q, the bearclaw never needed the buff for grievous wounds. It was a random buff that was uncalled for and just makes laning against him even more infuriating.

His W also needs a nerf, it should not work on towers. Both his W and Sanguine blade should not work on towers since they allow him to push with free bonus power with no way to counter it as the CD is barely existent.

His E is alright, it doesn't do anything special.

His R is a bit too overloaded as well. Look at Galio's R. Initially it did damage and buffed allies. Kled's R however buffs allies speed, shields Kled, and deals a large % of the targets HP. And yes it's technically a skillshot, but even if he uses it close range it still gives a massive speed buff to his allies. If I was to remove anything, remove either the shield/movement speed, or remove the damage and make this a CCing ability rather than a massive nuke that goes along with his other high damage.

I know many people are going to argue his weakness is off Skaarl, but even then he can easily just smack an enemy like 4 times and he's back and instantly restores 60% of his HP.
