I've seen this "overrated/underrated" image on Facebook and made a version of it with LoL runes

• Good: Conqueror - Very good, maybe even too good. It adds to the true damage creep and makes tanks feel weak. Sill necessary to keep certain champions (maybe fighters) viable. I wonder how Riot will balance this.
• Overrated: Bone Plating - Not that good despite most people picking it. Only block small amounts of damage, can easily be proc'ed, and falls off hard. Most of time it is better to pick something else. However, it is viable in certain situations (ex: against Riven/Darius/some other cheesy champion)
• Underrated: Ingenious Hunter - Really powerful on champions that rely on items with active effects to be viable, such as champions that need Hextech items to kill, or to use Zhonya. Also really good on supports, because they use lots of items with active effects, and can be paired with Zombie Ward for vision control.
• Neutral: Aftershock - Not a lot to say, it is a very balanced rune now after the changes, it is the main rune for many champions, mainly tanks. But I also think many offensive champions could make use of this, such as Urgot or Riven, especially in difficult matchups.
• Bad: Legend: Bloodline - Completely outclassed by the other two Legend runes. Not gold efficient and you get enough sustain from other sources. Better to take Alacrity if you rely on attack speed, Tenacity otherwise.
• Overhated: Nimbus Cloak - It is mainly hated because it replaced Ultimate Hat, but it isn't a bad rune by itself. It is situtional, however; not all champions can use it. Especially good when paired with Celerity for a boost on your offensive stats.
• Underhated: Scorch - This rune is completely garbage after the nerfs. Deals less damage than an auto, falls off hard, and doesn't even have a scaling. It is a piece of shit that should never be picked unless you are playing a game mode that isn't going to last more than 10 or 20 minutes.
