I mean YEA he's too freaking strong right now, and nerfing his passive duration is fine but that MS nerf?? He already has lowered base movement speed than other bruisers, this is too harsh, from 3-9% to flat 3%???
I mean yea seems fair, if he's still gunna pump out the insane damage, makes sense to be able to actually escape him

Also why the fuck is Jayce getting buffs and WHY HAVE THEY STILL NOT NERFED OLAF AND EKKO WHAT THE SHIT.
They still want him to be strong in melee, they´re just making is so that he has to actually land his E if he wants that to happen though, or so that if he get´s CC´d there is some hope for his opponent to disengage.
