Ok Teemo rework cancelled, so why are you buffing him??

I mean ok I get it the rework was unsatisfying but why are you straight up buffing him AGAIN?? He's gotten so many buffs over the years I can't count anymore.

Few patches ago you supposedly 'nerfed' ranged top laners and now this?? He's already a freakin' cancer with summon Aery. Can build multiple ways depending on the matchup, full ap, ad, on hit. Very low mana costs and too big E passive damage.

I understand he's not OP or anything in higher elos but why keep forcing a champion like this onto people??

Just rework him make him more satisfying to play and less cancer to play against but until that no more buffs Jesus.
