@Riot When will toxic champions be reworked?

So you gave us a choice of 2020 reworks ( ) and don't get me wrong I do think these champions need an update, but when you look at champions who are just as old as these guys are( ) I really don't get why they are never touched, at least had a passive rework couple years back even though it was cancelled it's still something... but champions like who are just pure cancer have been the same for 8 full years lol, when is their time? So what's the excuse? Because they are "popular"? If that's an excuse to keep them so toxic then you're really doing things wrong.
