Why were baron recalls removed from every new skin ?

Just thought of this when I played Dunkmaster Darius and noticed how the animation is faster when you have nashor buff.

This used to be a thing is seasons 2-5 so why is this removed from every skin that came out in last few years? Even from legendary skins not only epic.
